Architecture students from Columbia University visited the Reworld™ Essex thermomechanical treatment facility (TTF). These talented individuals, including many international students from India, Israel, China, Hong Kong, Colombia, and locally from Long Island, asked insightful questions and were fascinated by our advanced operations.

During the tour, the group received a concise presentation that explained how the facility functions, outlined our mission and where to find it, and listened to a brief overview of our community relations background. Afterwards, the students were guided in groups and encouraged to ask as many questions as they liked. However, the highlight for everyone is seeing the crane and the tipping floor.
