Covanta SEMASS hosted a tour by Massachusetts State Rep. Jeff Roy. Rep. Roy had recently toured a Waste-to-Energy plant in Copenhagen and wanted to see an example in his home state. He chairs a legislative committee that deals with issues of importance to the industry in Massachusetts.
