Reworld™ employees had the opportunity to attend the Southeast Environmental Justice Summit in Atlanta, Georgia. The summit aims to gather community stakeholders, and different organizations and agency to discuss advancing environmental justice. With speakers such as from the U.S Department of Energy, and Senior White House Advisor Charles T. Wallace-Thomas IV, the conference showcased individuals and agencies that are aiming to keep our environment green.
Taylor-Rae West, a Corporate Relations and Community Outreach Intern reflected on the experience stating, "This conference was action-packed and empowering, addressing the urgent climate crisis and environmental justice issues facing America today.
