What was once an empty plot of land near East Hawthorne Ave (between Newbold & Horton) is transforming into the village’s first-ever community garden—and Reworld™ was proud to be part of the magic.
Thanks to the support of Assemblywoman Michaelle Solages and the vision of the village beautification committee, this space will soon host nearly 30 raised garden beds for community members to enjoy through a lottery system.
On build day, 20 amazing Reworld™ volunteers came together to assemble and install the garden beds—and the energy was incredible! This transformation isn’t just about plants. It’s about community, connection, and turning unused spaces into something beautiful.
