In collaboration with the Suffolk County Sheriff's office, Reworld™ Huntington assisted in the safe disposal of unwanted and expired medications at a recent Shed The Meds event. The primary goals of this commendable program were to prevent groundwater pollution and to avert potential misuse by community members. Special thanks to Reworld™ Long Island's Environmental Manager, Brian Aerne, for his role in facilitating this impactful day.
